About the Job:

Lead execution of the marketing strategy for Taco Bell’s Food Crave communications in partnership with cross-functional and agency teams to conceptualize, develop, validate, and launch product marketing that grows the brand and business.

The Day-to-Day:

Drive brand love and same store sales growth via innovative and consumer-centric product marketing

  • This role will be responsible for executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to support Taco Bell’s Food Crave communications
  • Partner with Product Marketing team to design product comms briefs that are anchored in breakthrough consumer insights, supported by clear and concise product benefits/RTBs
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Public Relations, Digital, Social, Media to develop robust, multi-channel activation that effectively engages target consumers
  • Manage and inspire agency partners to develop compelling and engaging consumer communications, from briefing to creative development and launch
  • Lead Consumer Insights and Product Development teams to formulate and execute research plans to validate and optimize Food Crave communications, successfully influencing Marketing and Product Development leadership to achieve alignment
  • Responsible for leading cross-functional peer team to design, develop, align, and deliver in-restaurant communication strategy, including merchandising, team member engagement, and menu visuals
  • Partner with brand team peers to embed Food Crave principles into everyday value strategy pillar, including menu visuals
  • Lead cross-functional leadership alignment discussions to progress key workstreams and projects, including but not limited to program development briefs, creative development and launch plan.
  • Manage Direct Reports, providing strategic direction and project guidance while developing best-in-class talent

Is This You?

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience including 3 years’ experience in Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, and/or Strategic Planning roles (CPG or QSR preferred)
  • An innovative capability and drive to think outside the box in order to create strategy initiatives which elevate the brands as well as promote our products
  • Experience in multi-channel retail industry and / or franchised business a plus
  • Strong strategic thinking and storytelling abilities to drive food comms agenda throughout the organization
  • Experience working with cross functional teams and agency partners to create multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong influence and collaboration skills are a must to navigate a highly matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated leadership, project management, and planning skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and intellectual curiosity
