About the Job:

Taco Bell Design, or TBD, is at the heart of the brand as our award-winning in-house creative agency. Our renegade crew of artists, designers, copywriters, and account managers live and breathe the Live Más ethos and are connected directly to the design, brand, and marketing work that Taco Bell delivers to the world. We strive for our fans to love tacos as much as we do and engage them with the brand in new, bold, and innovative ways.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Serve as support to the account management team, who works closely with cross-functional teams to execute various projects under TBD’s annual scopes of work.
  • Collaborate directly with TBD’s team of art directors, designers, producers and copywriters on a daily basis.
  • Attend and document all project briefs. Deeply understand the objectives and watch-outs to serve as a support system for the account manager and account supervisor throughout the creative development process.
  • Actively participate and document internal creative reviews to ensure all work delivers against the marketing strategy and project objectives.
  • Support client creative reviews by accurately documenting and communicating clear and descriptive partner input to our creative teams and recapping clear next steps and securing timely approvals with clients.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate availability with cross-functional admins.
  • Maintain and update various weekly status documents and trackers.
  • Assist in drafting ad hoc scopes and estimating hours of work.
  • Proactively raise questions, present solutions, and rally teams to ensure best-in-class, business-driving creative work is delivered on time.
  • Report to and work closely with TBD’s account management team for all projects, escalating opportunities or challenges as appropriate.
  • Inspire fellow coworkers and embrace challenges and new ways of thinking.
  • Identify opportunities to change or improve processes.

Is This You?

  • BA or BS Degree in a related field preferred
  • 2-3 years relevant industry experience preferred
  • Relevant experience on creatively innovative brands preferred; experience with QSR/CPG or franchised business is a plus
  • Previous experience supporting omnichannel media campaigns is preferred, experience in packaging, retail, or art and design a plus
  • Strong logical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to understand laser-focused marketing strategies and business operations
  • Previous experience managing social media platforms TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
  • Experience in community management a plus
  • Strong design management, communication, presentation, and interpersonal/influencing skills
  • Superb time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to proactively develop creative solutions to facilitate clear communication and processes across departments
