We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Account Management to focus on our Brand Direct team, leading a team of 9+ account managers. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for the overall growth of a large, dynamic book of business and the development of strong relationships with the most dynamic brands and publishers in the U.S and Canada. This person will manage and mentor this team to exceed internal goals and foster a positive team environment.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key business partners within our SMB Publishers and Brands to ensure business priorities are being met
  • Develop long term strategy to foster key account growth beyond campaign initiatives
  • Ensure success of brand business resulting in account renewal and growth
  • Lead monthly performance review sessions in which team wide & channel specific goals are reported on
  • Provide weekly insights to Director on immediate and long-term customer needs, as well as employee insights
  • Own Team Goal, set individual goals and MBO’s
  • Facilitate and Review Quarterly Business Review Presentations
  • Conduct weekly 1:1's with Team Lead(s)
  • Facilitate team recruiting with approval from Director/VP

 

EXPERIENCE:

  • 6+ years experience in digital media with a minimum of 2 years managing a revenue-producing team
  • Proven ability to effectively build and sustain strong client direct relationships, mentoring both senior and junior team members along the way
  • Significant capacity to simplify complex and creative ideas for clients at all levels
  • Ability to manage a national, growing team of various experience levels
  • Revenue-driven, with experience hitting aggressive team goals
  • Knowledge of SalesForce, Excel, Google Analytics a must
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Detail-oriented, driven, proactive
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Familiarity with Programmatic DSP’s a plus
