Media Account Manager - Performance Marketers

We are looking for an all-star Media Account Manager to join our NYC team and focus on our Performance Marketers. This person will be responsible for managing a large book of business and grow our relationships with our advertisers. We are looking for someone who is comfortable combing through large data sets, knows how to upsell, has strong client-facing experience, and is ready to hit the ground running at an exciting, growing company.
- Manage client performance during all post sale activities
- Monitor and optimize all campaigns on a daily basis through strategic thinking, problem solving and data analysis to surpass KPI’s with a goal to upsell
- Find creative ways to implement our product capabilities to each client on a regular basis
- Conduct in-person quarterly business reviews with key accounts
- Monitor and identify trends in network data
- Upsell and grow book of business to hit quarterly revenue goals
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of online advertising experience
- Proven results in a customer-facing role; ability to upsell based on statistically significant data
- Experience in managing oftentimes aggressive clients who are very clever and data focused
- Strong analytical skills, the ability to learn quickly, and not afraid to ask questions
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- The will and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and learn, learn, learn!
- Preference for candidates with a background in managing or media buying direct response or arbitrage campaigns
