Content Reviewer – Team Leader

We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, passionate leader who will manage the day to day operations of a global Content Review Team. This role is geared towards a results oriented leader with a can-do attitude and are a passion for both people and content. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a large group of content reviewers in extended business hours, to internal and external customers all over the world.  This is a unique opportunity to be part of building a team from the very beginning and creating a new standard of quality in our industry.


 Responsibilities and skills:

  • Lead a large team of content reviewers, meeting demanding SLAs, though personal example
  • Improve KPIs & SLAs to consistently deliver exceptional service
  • Manage day to day operations of the team
  • Implement processes, content and tools to ensure the team performs and scales successfully
  • Foster a collaborative atmosphere, provide formal and informal training and professional development opportunities to your team
  • Provide suggestions to improve the process and workflows
  • Be comfortable working with data and reporting and providing periodic progress reports
  • Communicate urgent issues internally and externally
  • Working closely with the business teams throughout the company
  • Self-starter, can easily adapt to change (new content, changing policies)



  • At least two years of experience managing a big group (at least 5 people) in a hectic working environment such as customer service / call center environment
  • Excellent work pacing (time management) skills, able to work independently and prioritise
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to make fact based decisions, quickly coupled with great attention to detail to ensure high quality work products
  • Motivated, takes initiative, high energy
  • Familiar with MS office (mainly Excel) and Google Drive tools for updating progress
  • Willingness to work hard, hustle, and get things done with a hands-on approach
  • Availability to work nights and be on-call on occasion
  • Experience working with American customers is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; must be able to convey clear and concise messages (please make sure your language knowledge is clearly stated on your cv)
