1st level Technical Lead

Taboola is looking to hire a dedicated, service-oriented Customer Support Representative to provide top­-of­-the-­line service to its internal and external clients. You will serve as the first point of contact for Taboola’s clients, gathering information via email, to either solve an issue or escalate to the technical support team. As Taboola’s L1 Technical Lead, he / she will be responsible for being an SME for both Media and Publisher products. He / shewill be  responsible for delivering ticket resolution with best quality.  He/she should be able to help the team provide best service to the customers of Taboola. Should be able to lead the continuous improvement of key processes that have a direct impact on service quality and metrics that L1 support is responsible for.
 
In this role the person will partner with other levels within the Support organization to ensure that the interaction is flawless for providing better service. Also he/she will engage with other teams to take on new products to be serviced by L1 support and drive trainings as necessary so that the process is seamless. The person will also be responsible for managing knowledge base for such processes and products and conduct or help conduct training sessions as per needs identified.
 
Job Duties:
 
  • Be an SME in Media and Publisher products
  • Hands on work on tickets and help team members speed up resolution while providing best quality
  • Drive process improvements
  • Train the new members in the team
  • Drive creation of training modules and brain pages as necessary
  • Share new processes with the team
  • Keep up to date with the product changes and enable the team for the same
  • Take on new projects for L1 from time to time.
