Locations: Vandenberg, AFB, CA; Colorado Springs, CO

The Activity Security Representative's primary function is to provide multi-disciplined security support to a customer's facility and organization. The position will provide "day-to-day" support for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) activities.

Required Skills

  • Must be familiar with security policy/manuals and the appropriate ICDs/JAFANs/DOD Manuals and other guiding policy documents
  • Working experience with SCI and SAR/SAP programs
  • Must have the ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively interact with numerous DOD, military/civilian personnel and industry partners


Position Requirements
Certifications/Training
  • Must complete the DoD SAPCO approved SAPNP training within six months of starting on contract (if performing SAP personnel security functions)
  • SIMS database familiarity or complete training within six months of starting on contract (if performing document control functions)
  • Must complete JPAS training within six months of starting on contract (if performing SCI personnel security functions)
  • Must complete Joint Access Database Environment (JADE) training within six months of starting on contract (if performing SAP personnel security functions)


Experience Required/Desired
  • Clearance: Top Secret with SCI Eligibility required


  • Level I - 2-4 years total experience, including minimum 1 - 3 years with SCI or SAR programs. Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience (no degree requires additional 4 years to total years related experience)
  • Level II - 6-8 years total experience, including minimum 3-5 years' experience with SCI or SAR programs. Minimum of 1 year relevant experience with SAR programs desired. Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience (no degree requires additional 4 years to total years related experience)
  • Level III - 10-12 years total experience, including minimum 5 - 7 years' experience with SCI or SAR programs. Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience with SAR programs highly desired. Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience (no degree requires additional 4 years to total years related experience)


Professional Business Functions
  • Ability to constructively engage and resolve challenging situations

  • Independent self-starter, proactive and professional assertive
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and computer literate
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
