Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as a marketing and business development liaison with TDC
  • Manages marketing and business relationships with top OEM companies
  • Solicits, comprehends, tracks, manages and communicates OEMs program and schedule requirements and ensures synchronization/alignment with ODM and U.S.-based OEM HQs
  • Key deliverables include development of launch plans (marketing and program management components) via collaboration with TDC team
  • Assist sales team with articulation and presentation of strategy to ODMs and OEMs
  • Work closely with TDC team on comprehending future OEM requirements in module roadmaps
  • Work with OEMs on design partnership-driven programs --- maximize visibility of Synaptics technology and innovation portfolio on a regular and sustained basis
  • Explore and drive new and creative ways to create project "lock-in" opportunities for Synaptics at the module and software levels
  • Directly participate in the development of OEM account strategy presentations that focus on planning horizons and identify future specific opportunities for Synaptics
  • Additional responsibilities including OEMs competitive intelligence aggregation and regular communication back to TDC
  • Key Teams That Role Intersects With TDC, Taiwan Sales, OEM Sales, FAE Team, Operation


Job Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 to 10 years with top PC OEM with a combination of product marketing (inbound/outbound) and program management roles
  • Strong planning experience with emphasis on developing and executive business plans
  • Strong leadership presence and comfort with managing executive relationships at the OEM level
