Job Title: Product Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed go-to-market plans for wireless connectivity products being sold into the Chinese Tier 1 customers with a time horizon of up to 24 months
- Drive alignment between BU at headquarters and the sales/AE team to develop a winning strategy for key customers/segments
- Understand the market trends of the China market for Wireless connectivity products and provide product recommendations to meet customer requirement.
- Analyze competitor activities and create a regular competitive analysis report
- Keep sales team motivated to focus on Wireless connectivity product through visibility, meetings and aiding
- Maintain relationships with strategic customers as product experts (in conjunction with sales)
- Create localized value proposition and messaging for influencing customer decisions
- Develop sales tools and collateral for the China market
- Manage key customer projects, Track customer Forecast and Supply build plan with BU teams
- Successfully execute marketing plan to achieve design and revenue targets.

Skills and Attributes
- Self-motivated and independent. Customer focused, self-motivated with a strong desire to win
- Ability to engage colleagues, customers and partners with energy and urgency.
- Excellent communications skills in Mandarin and English, written and oral.
- BSEE or MSEE. Having an MBA a plus.
- Aggressive with a strong desire to win
- Willing to travel up to 25-50% of the time, including internationally
- Wireless product experience is a plus
- Experience working for a foreign company is a plus
Experience/Education Required
- Rich experience and successful account penetration at Chinese Tier 1 consumer electronics companies making IOT products.
- Understanding of wireless technology and implementations in IOT product applications.
- System level understanding of IOT applications
- Previous experience having technical communication with 3rd ecosystem partners /customers/internal sales teams
- Previous experience collaborating with ecosystem partners to develop successful penetration plans for consumer applications.
- 5+ years of experience or 3+ years of experience with Product marketing, Minimum 10 years of experience working in Semiconductor industries
