Job Responsibilities

  • Develop recommendations to solve problems and issues related to Sales and Product Divisions business functions
  • Lead discovery workshops, present solutions, and prototype demonstrations
  • Rapidly analyze and breakdown complex business information into technical process components
  • Build and demonstrate prototypes in Salesforce, Communities, Service cloud/Sales cloud, and Web Portals
  • Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing
  • Perform the role of project manager or team lead as necessary
  • Lead/guide offshore support teams, development teams or system integrators by providing requirements, design and implementation details and also performing quality acceptance/testing on deliverables
  • Effectively leverage multiple implementation team types

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in an IT BSA or related role, preferably supporting Product Divisions, Sales
  • 2+years in a Managerial role.
  • Proven track record of delivering business solutions
  • Hands-on experience with several mid-size global implementations using Salesforce.com integrated with Oracle ERP and other Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) tools
  • Thorough understanding of Market to Quote, Quote to Cash, Sales Comissions, Rebates and Forecasting business processes
  • Experience with:
  • System implementation and adoption
  • Partner relationship management
  • Salesforce.com service cloud
  • Salesforce.com salesforce1, knowledge base
  • Apttus CPQ
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com (Sales, PRM, service), reporting
  • Experience gathering requirements from the business, and working with solution architects and development teams to design and deploy solutions
  • Demonstrated effectiveness managing peer relationships across diverse functions, working across business areas to understand business drivers, and developing analysis and dashboards that provide actionable insight
  • Familiarity with Product Divisions, Sales Functions and the systems that support them
  • Knowledge of order management, pricing, invoicing and sales reporting areas
  • Ability to facilitate cross-functional discussions and efforts, lead decision facilitation, develop influence, and drive change management
  • Excellent communication skills and a razor-sharp focus on customer service
  • Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and projects in a fast-moving environment and manage conflicts professionally
  • Leverage technology to deliver accelerated business value
  • Collaborate with internal business customers to influence the selection and implementation of appropriate solutions
  • Risk identification and mitigation capabilities
  • A high-energy “Whatever it takes” attitude to overcome challenges and rapidly solve business problems
  • Good understanding of business processes and underlying technology
  • Hands-on experience developing technical solutions and an ability to guide development teams would be desirable
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering or business is desired
  • Experience with demand planning/sales and operations planning tools such as Demantra preferred but not required
