Swoon is adding to our team in the new year and looking for both entry level and experienced Technical Recruiters for our offices in Downtown Chicago and Downtown San Diego!

Who Are We Looking For? 
Recent Graduates or 1-2 years’ Recruiting Experience
Motivated people who like to learn who aren’t afraid to talk to all types of people 
People looking to grow with a company and are willing to put in the hard work to get there  
Someone who is willing to do what it takes to get the job done. We work when our candidates are available, even outside of the typical 9-5, so that we can place top IT professionals.

Responsibilities include:
Conduct in-depth screenings and assess potential candidates for level of interest, technical skills, qualifications, and compensation
Convert hard to find passive talent through an understanding of the business and employee value proposition.
Develop a broad professional network of top technology talent.
Stay current on market trends and innovative sourcing practices.

Operations Coordinator

Mohammed oversees all of Swoon’s accounting and payroll related activities. He manages accounts payable and receivable, and reviews commissions and financial statements for both employees and clients.
