Administrative Assistant

Overview

The Administrative Assistant, Collections role will provide general office support and primary assistance to the Credit, Billing and Collections leadership and team. The functions of this position will include but not be limited to; mail processing, processing returned mail, processing bankruptcy notices, and invoice requests.

Responsibilities

  • Download and attach deactivation and breach notices to cases in Salesforce
  • Processing any outgoing mail requests
  • Process returned mail
  • Process and update Oracle and Salesforce with bankruptcy notices
  • Process all requests for invoices  
  • Schedule and plan leader and team meetings
  • Create and send departmental communications
  • Create departmental presentations

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years office administration experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Oracle, Salesforce and 3rd party proprietary software
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and build credibility with all levels of the organization
  • Professional presence, approachable and friendly, positive attitude and  collaborative style with a team orientation
  • Proven experience in creating an excellent customer experience with a strong customer service background
  • Ability to think critically and identify and resolve problems
  • Ability to deliver client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
  • Self motivated and able to thrive in a results driven environment
  • Detail oriented and strong organizational ability
  • Proven time and task management skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations
