Account Representative

Overview

 

Sunrun’s channel sales platform is the industry-leading solar ecosystem to contribute to our mission, creating a planet run by the sun. As an integral part of the channel sales team, you will help Sunrun operate the platform on which we run a significant portion of our solar business. You will become an expert of the platform – helping partners to efficiently interact with it, reporting on its function,  recommending solutions, and ensuring no sale is left behind. You will drive impacts and results consistent with team and regional goals, while embodying Sunrun’s values.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide tactical sales and operations enablement support
  • Drive existing and emerging partner  performance to business goals
  • Manage regional and partner specific reporting
  • Assist in and/or lead cross-functional projects and process improvements

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the Solar, Energy Audit or Home Improvement industries
  • Excellent over-the-phone sales skills
  • Proven ability to achieve sales quotas and maintain partner service excellence
  • Experienced in using Google Suite, Excel, and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Anaplan, Oracle)
  • Highly organized self-starter
  • Ability to travel 10-30% of time

 

Physical Demands

  • Ability to perform normal office duties.
  • Ability to operate office equipment including computers and determine accuracy of work.
  • Ability to interact and participate in meetings.
  • Ability to travel by car and airplane on a regular basis
