Regional Marketing Intern - Paid Internship

Course of Study

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a major in Marketing and Advertising or MBA with a concentration in Marketing or Advertising


  • 1 year in length [37.5 hours per week during the summer; 25 hours per week during school year]
  • Internship to begin in May

  • Junior (or a Senior planning to pursue a Master's Degree in the fall)
  • Must be an active student for the entire length of internship
  • Curriculum and/or work experience portray a dedication to the pursuit of a marketing career
  • International students may require special work authorization to work a one-year internship. Speak with your International Students Office/Advisor at your institution before applying.

  • Strong written and verbal communications, presentation, and customer-service skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills
  • Ability to seamlessly navigate online search engines, many social platforms, and understanding of digital advertising
  • Ability to perform analysis on collected data to present to manager

  • Assist in coordination of the monthly reports
  • Attend meetings in support of marketing and sponsorship activities
  • Work with Regional and Zone offices to coordinate special events
  • Participate in on-site activation for sponsored events
  • Work with marketing partners on special campaigns (i.e., vehicle launch, marketing promotions, etc.)
  • Participate in distribution and data collection for promotional campaigns
  • Assist in project follow-up to help keep projects on schedule
  • Must be able to prioritize projects
  • Assist with monthly incentive planning and execution
  • Work closely with Regional Marketing Manager and Marketing Specialists

Job Description

This position will provide experience and exposure to the Regional Marketing Group at Subaru Eastern Region. You will have exposure to daily departmental operations by supporting projects, participating in planning and executing meetings, and occasionally managing projects for various other Marketing Groups.
