What you will do

  • Rotate through all product teams becoming fully competent in all areas of Recon and Trauma product lines.
  • Rotate in the on-call schedule.
  • Inspect products and materials for damage, defects, or shortages
  • Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.
  • Prepare product for scheduled surgeries.
  • Prepare reports.
  • Assist in FQMS compliance including specialization in specific responsibilities.
  • Maintain warehouse organization to avoid product errors.
  • Use computers to maintain accurate account records and shipment of inventory.
  • Support management in preparation for branch audits.
  • Assist with training for new hires.
  • Builds relationships with Sales Reps and Sales Managers to track and manage inventory levels at client sites.
  • Ensure on-time, complete, and accurate delivery of products to Stryker's customers
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders (Distribution, Field Operations, Sales Reps and Sales Managers) by collaborating in optimizing the supply chain.
  • Work to achieve an environment that is free of safety hazards and improper ergonomic conditions while driving employee commitment to use safe work practices every day.
  • Accountable for all record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker specifications.

What you need

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of applicable experience required
  • Valid Driver's license with good driving record
  • Must have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call as needed
  • Warehouse/Inventory Control experience in a demanding and fast-paced environment preferred

$30.50- $42.19 plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
