We are hiring a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Intern to join our fantastic Talent Acquisition team - ideally starting in March/April 2024.

We are looking to hire someone who is currently in University or has graduated with a Bachelors Degree or Masters within the last year in a relevant discipline.

The successful candidate can be based in any of the following locations: Cork, Amsterdam or Lyon/Pusignan,

This is a hybrid role where you will work 1-2 days on-site per week in one of our Stryker sites and work remotely for the remainder.

The successful candidate must be fluent in English & French.

What we offer you:

A first experience in Recruitment in an international and business-oriented environment, autonomy and support in your work, and the possibility of running end-to-end Recruitment in a leading medical device company focused on excellence.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment of Early Talent (work-study students, interns, etc.) across Europe
  • Promote Early Talent opportunities on job boards, social media and other platforms
  • Build Early Talent pipelines of future talent for Stryker
  • Design, document and improve the Early Talent recruiting process
  • Partner with a team of experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partners to learn and shape best-in-class recruiting

What we are looking for:

  • Current university student/recent graduate with an interest, or first experience in Recruitment - we are open to all fields of study
  • Fluent written & spoken English and French.
  • Comfort working with digital tools, such as MS Office, professional social media, etc.

Contract :

  • Six month internship
  • Start: March - May 2024
