About The Role

As a Supply Planner you will be responsible for managing inventory levels in your portfolio and collaborating with various teams to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing risks. You'll also be the main point of contact for external suppliers, manage inbound freight costs, and handle order placement, data accuracy and warehouse issues. If you are a supply chain professional with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to operational excellence, we invite you to join our team and contribute to our success.

  • Execute procurement of finished goods from global manufacturers within the ERP system, including handling changes to purchase orders (e.g., price, date, quantity) and maintaining estimated arrival dates (ETAs).
  • Proactively communicate supply issues to various departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Strategic Accounts), providing estimated arrival dates and collaborating on substitute products when necessary.

  • Oversee inbound freight for the portfolio, collaborating with the logistics team to reduce costs, expediting orders only when unavoidable, and addressing warehouse capacity constraints.
  • Manage planning parameters for portfolios, such as ABC classification, safety stock levels, minimum order quantity, lead time, and product launch/obsolescence.
  • Collaborate with the Demand Planner to support the monthly IBP cycle, providing input on demand plans and highlighting potential revenue risks.
  • Fulfill standard operational responsibilities, including maintaining documented procedures, driving lean initiatives and continuous improvements, adhering to company standards, and handling additional projects and tasks as needed.
