23 moth fixed term contract role on site in Carrigtwohill, Cork

What you will do:

Lead the design, documenting, and maintenance of the OSI PI system & processes.

Act as a Project Manager & Technical Lead on the implementations of more complex OSI PI Project & supporting the wider business through enabling OSI PI.

Lead Business Requirements Gathering and liaise with all stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and signed off prior to development commencement.

Build and nurture close relationships with key business users and leaders

Collaborate in internal & external partnerships with business leaders to design, develop, implement, and support applications and technologies.

Collaborate in close partnership with IS functions (Architecture, Infrastructure, Applications) to ensure successful delivery of business-value-driven solutions via OSI PI.

Build and maintain close relationships with Third-Party vendors to ensure cost-effective business solutions.

Isolate, diagnose, and direct teams to resolve system and application problems.

Design and document system solutions that address both functional and technical requirements

Facilitate development discussions based on detailed functional and technical design specifications with both internal and outsourced teams

Mentor and support less experienced colleagues to ensure delivery of solutions that meet business need.

Influence others to work collaboratively to achieve business objectives and has high performance standards and expectations to motivate and inspire others.

Act to improve organizational culture, processes, products or services.

Ability to translate objectives into an action plan in an autonomous way, and knows daily, weekly and monthly goals.

Has a basic understanding of how own area integrates within the sub-function and sets direction by ensuring quality of the tasks/services/information provided by self and others.

Develop skills necessary to optimally perform in current and potential future roles.

Partner with Leaders to define performance and development expectations leading to personal and professional growth.

Provide on the job OSIPI training/support to new team members.

Is a key team stakeholder in the delivery of results that impact sub-function or department objectives and a role model for others regarding how these are achieved and demonstrated the required values, behaviours and competencies.

All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Third Level Qualification (minimum NFQ 8) within a Business IS related discipline or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

4-6 years' experience within a Manufacturing Environment or equivalent.

Strong Business Analysis experience.

Strong OSI PI experience.

Possess project management skillset to facilitate and manage meetings, project plans, status reports, risk analysis, budgets, testing, resource management and task assignments.

Relevant professional body qualification or accreditation (for example Prince2) desirable but not essential

Proven track record in producing high quality Business Requirements Documents, Business Processes Mapping and documentation skills

Experience of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies advantageous.

Strong Understanding of FDA and Regulatory Quality and Software Validation Requirements e.g. GAMP.

Operates with appreciable latitude for un-reviewed action or decision.

Autonomous decision maker and can be go to person for other team members.

Excellent problem solving skills and a logical thinker.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent customer handling skills.

High Attention to Detail.

Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Team player with advanced interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with excellent initiative and attention to detail.

Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise workload.
