As the IT Sr. Manager for Business Process Integration within Global Logistics and Distribution (GLO), you will play a crucial role in optimizing supply chain processes. Your focus will be on integrating end-to-end (E2E) solutions between ERP systems and warehouse management systems (WMS) to support Stryker's global business operations.

Responsible for leading the development and management of business partnerships with the specified business and their leadership teams. This role will formulate IT strategy and architecture in alignment with business strategy and objectives. The individual will drive key programs and IT services, as well as innovation and continuous improvement in the application of technology to achieve financial, operational and customer service goals

What you will do

  • Supply Chain Process Mapping:

    • Collaborate with business process experts to develop E2E supply chain process maps aligned with distribution network programs.
    • Ensure the technical integrations support the order-to-cash flow.
  • 3PL Partnership:

    • Work closely with third-party logistics partners to deploy high-quality solutions.
    • Create functional and technical flow diagrams across various ERP platforms and WMS.
  • Issue Management:

    • Partner with the functional organization to manage fallout and error correction.
    • Proactively identify issues during hypercare and collaborate with stakeholders for faster resolution.
  • Collaboration and Change Management:

    • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams (commercial, distribution, trade compliance, transportation, finance, manufacturing, regulatory, quality).
    • Partner with IT teams to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, standards, procedures, and associated documentation including but not limited to computer systems validation, Global Change Control, SOX, and PMO standards
  • Operational Reporting and Issue Resolution:

    • Develop operational reports to validate system flows and manage exceptions.
    • Resolve issues promptly to minimize customer impact and financial reconciliation challenges.
  • Innovation and Excellence:

    • Identify opportunities for process excellence and innovative solutions.
    • Align distribution network transformation with ERP technology consolidation efforts.
  • Budget Management and Strategic Alignment:

    • Manage the IT budget effectively.
    • Align IS strategy with business objectives.
  • Project Leadership:

    • Lead IT projects from inception to delivery.
    • Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements.
  • Team Management:

    • Lead a team of IT professionals.
    • Maintain IT standards and drive results.

What you need

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent field required.
  • Master's degree in MIS or related disciplines preferred.
  • 10+ years experience required.
  • APICS accredited or professional supply chain accreditation preferred but not essential.
  • Lean sigma certification preferred (e.g., Lean Practitioner, Green Belt).
  • Extensive knowledge of Supply Chain Operations, preferably within medical devices and/or pharmaceutical industries.
  • ERP implementation experience (SAP S4 HANA/ECC, Oracle EBS, or JDE required).
  • Good understanding of SAP ECC/HANA modules MM, SD, IM, FI, AATP, EWM, QM, GTS, TM preferred.
  • 3+ years working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP, or JDA.
  • Familiarity with SAP IBP or Oracle Demantra preferred.
