What You Will Do:
Flex Financial is Stryker's financial services business, providing customers with creative ways to acquire Stryker equipment. This role will be responsible for partnering with the Flex Financial business at all levels to define, document and implement solutions to address business needs as it relates to their CRM solution. Will also be responsible for the ongoing administration, support and training for SFDC, Oracle CPQ and all integrated applications.

What You Will Need:
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
  • 2+ years of ERP or CRM experience (Oracle, SAP, SalesForce)
  • Proficient in an Object-oriented programming language, preferably C#, Java, or similar

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in the areas of Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent field of study
  • Experience with Cloud-based, Enterprise SaaS based custom software development
  • ITIL Foundations v3 certification
  • CRM/Salesforce.com Admin Certification
  • CRM/Salesforce.com Developer Certification
