What will you do
- Develop Embedded software, test procedures, scripts & documents for medical devices; and review the test artifacts developed by team members for compliance to Stryker quality standards.
- Testing/QA concepts with good knowledge of manual testing.
- Strong analytical skills to be able to translate from system requirements and use cases to detailed test cases.
- Apply analytical skills to participate in troubleshooting of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution.
- Setting up of test environment for V&V activities.
- Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates.
- Evaluate new tools for software development and deployment and integrate them into our existing tool's landscape
- Develop, document and execute CSV (Computer System Validation) for tools.
- The engineer must create, update and execute test plans with high accuracy
What you need
Desired Profile
- Education: B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech./MCA - Computers, Electronics/Telecommunications
- Experience: 4-6 years
- A software engineer - tester must be able to work independently taking over high responsibility for his work.
- Must create, update and execute test plans with high accuracy
- Must be able to solve typical problems (software installation, update, migration, test environment set-up etc.)
- Highly disciplined.
- Excellent written/verbal communication.
- Must be a team player to work in a collaborative environment.
Good to have:
- Knowledge of Product Risk management is a plus.
- Good knowledge about Windows OS (Windows10, Windows 11) and Linux OS including environment variables, command shell and file system structure.
- Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, part 820, computer systems (e.g., multiple GAMP classes of systems), Equipment Qualification and Validation Change would be big plus.
- Good knowledge of Python scripting language is a plus.
- Understanding of Black Box/White Box Testing concepts is a plus.
- Past experience in medical domain is a plus.
- Exp in tools like PAX,DICOM,HLT are preferred.
