What you will do
As a part of the site leadership team, you will manage a team of HRBPs and support the business strategy execution in your organization.
What does it mean to be an HR Business Partner at Stryker?To provide HR partnership to managers and directors focusing on the work environment, employee relations, employee engagement, employee retention and business processes through the execution of the business unit strategy.
Organizational design, leadership coaching, talent management, succession planning, career development and change management will be the principal subjects on your plate!
In our manufacturing plant based in Montbonnot, you will directly manage a team of 2 HR Business Partners and an apprentice and oversee the whole HR function including administration, payroll, talent management and talent acquisition, led by our Centers of Expertise.
Leadership
- You will be the Manager and Leader of our HR Business Partners team
- You will ensure the team communicates effectively with managers in order to execute programs, policies, and procedures to drive an engaged and performing organizational culture
- You will implement and deliver solutions and interventions that address issues of retention, change management, employee engagement, and leadership development, partnering with subject-matter experts as appropriate
Relationship Management
- You will support employee relations on site including Works Council, Unions, Health & Safety, negotiations
- You will facilitate difficult interactions among organizational stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes; resolve escalated conflicts among stakeholders
- You will build consensus and settle disputes on HR policy and practice decisions
- You will oversee and lead employee litigation/dispute resolution
Consultation
- You will maintain a broad-based knowledge of the organization and its operations; using knowledge of business and HR metrics to facilitate business decisions
- You will provide insights about the labor market and its relation to organizational success
- You will interpret data, ask critical questions, gather, analyze and present data and recommend solutions that support the culture and the defined HR strategy
- You will coach managers and directors on HR and business-related issues
- You will analyze root causes of work environment issues; manage interventions and solutions in collaboration and cooperation with key stakeholders
What you need:
Education & Special Trainings:
- You have a Bachelor of Science or master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or other related areas.
- You have a native/fluent level of French and English. This two skills are essential!
- You have 10 years of work experience on an HR function, Sr. Manager level required
- Preferably, you have +4 years of experience on an HR leadership role
- You have a strong expertise in supporting multiple and ever-changing complex business units in an HR generalist role
- You have demonstrated experience interacting with COE's and business leaders
- If you have worked before with the application Workday, it will be a plus!
