As the Senior Manager - Customer Intelligence Data Governance, you will develop business data governance and management strategies for Customer Intelligence inside Customer Solutions, providing influential leadership on Master Data and the impact on the definition of Stryker US customers, how they transact, and how that data tells a high-quality story about their business with Stryker.

What You Will Do

  • Define key performance indicators, data definitions, data constraints and rules to drive improvement in data quality and accuracy in the Customer Intelligence team's delivery.
  • Partner with the enterprise business data governance team, customer solutions leadership, and business unit analytics functions to educate, build consensus, make decisions, and execute plans and programs to ensure consistent data and customer KPI measurement across Stryker US.
  • Successfully deliver data governance and data quality projects/programs for Customer Solutions, implementing relevant process improvements to data accuracy in Customer Intelligence products.
  • Leverage clean/standardized master data and critical business focused thinking to answer executive leadership questions by telling a story about our Stryker US customers through the Customer Intelligence data products.
  • Support the development of enterprise level master data governance strategies led by the enterprise business data governance team by serving as voice of customer from Customer Solutions while bringing standards back to Customer Intelligence and being accountable to ensure aligned delivery to the standards.
  • Serve as a key strategist for improved data quality practices across the customer solutions organization and leverage that passion to mobilize teams delivering tangible value for the Stryker organization.
  • Own accuracy of Customer Solutions data definitions and unique mastering processes such as Health System (IDN) customer definition and mapping, Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) primary affiliation, ERP account number harmonization and cross referencing, Customer Solutions scorecard KPI definitions/rules/constraints, etc.
  • Actively engage with Customer Intelligence Data Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics build teams to drive successful delivery of project and data governance objectives and harmonized best practices.
  • Foster a culture in the Customer Intelligence team focused on all aspects of employee development, including sharing of best practices, workload balancing, teambuilding, and professional development.
  • Implement the Stryker master data governance framework as defined by the enterprise business data governance team, with a focus on improving data quality through modifications to behaviors, policies, standards, principles, metrics, processes, related tools, and data architecture.

What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or other relevant field required.
  • Master's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or other relevant field preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Governance, or Data Management required.
  • 4+ years of people management and leadership experience of highly skilled professionals in an enterprise environment required.
  • Highly skilled in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau etc.) required.
  • Experience and foundational knowledge in data warehouse/lake/lake house, and various cloud-based analytics platforms (I.e., Azure Stack) required.
  • Demonstrated functional understanding of key processes creating or consuming data and the ability to determine the interrelationships and usage across the enterprise required.
  • Expertise in data governance best practices required.
  • Ability to think strategically while operating tactically to implement data standards and technical/process solutions required.
  • Experience with ERP implementations, data mapping, cleansing, and migration management required.
  • Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) certification preferred.

$109,500 - $232,900salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
