What you will do:

As our SAP Business Analyst, you will partner with the Service business process leads to support global process development and implementation. You will support the achievement of program goals, objectives, and deliverables. Additionally, you will assist with Workstream needs through all aspects of the program to include deployment. This role is a hybrid role and you will be expected to go into a Stryker office 1-2 days per week.

• Within the Service and Field Inventory workstream, the Business Analyst will partner with End to End (E2E) Leads, Business Process Owners, and Business Process Implementation Leads and Analysts to provide support and timely completion of program deliverables

• Provide assistance to the Workstream while partnering with the business to drive adoption of to-be business process to align with ERP capabilities and gain alignment with the Stryker divisions, functions, and geographies

• Coordinate involvement of Stryker SMEs in key project activities

• Support activities to enable rapid decisions and the completion of the Solution Design and Key Configuration Decisions

• Participate in process workshops, supporting the Global Process leads, E2E Leads, Business Process Owners, Business Process Implementation Leads with scoping activities such as supporting key scope decisions, requirements gathering and refinement, and acceptance criteria.

• Supports creation of business process documentation and business process maps for Service sub-processes

• Support and execute data construction, data cleansing, and data conversion activities to ensure accuracy of enterprise master data and transactional data.

• Supports testing activities including test script reviews and editing, test data readiness, and test execution.

• Support the creation and delivery of training content

What you will need:

• BS, BA degree is needed or in lieu of a degree 6 additional years of work experience is needed for a total of 8 years.

• Minimum 2+ years of industry experience in relevant process area

• Strong knowledge in relevant sub-process areas

• Ability to maintain strong relationships within Stryker Divisions and Geographies

• Ability to consider upstream and downstream process impacts and implications

• Exhibits strong business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges

• Strong data analysis, organizational skills and problem-solving skills

$65,400- $132,300salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
