We are searching for our future Sales Representative, responsible for creating lasting customer connections by understanding their needs, recognizing buying signals, and providing expert consultancy throughout the Marmara region. What you will do:
- Understand customer requirements and emotional motivational sources very well and take positions accordingly. Recognize buying signals and respond accordingly. Provide consultancy to customers at all levels.
- Stay informed about current concepts and provide informed ideas regarding current developments related to products and procedures. Actively research clinical developments. Understand products and related procedures thoroughly. Provide consultancy to clinical customers and support the team.
- Independently develop a three-year business plan with SWOT analysis, SMART goals, and a solid understanding of the region. Determine the long-term product stock in the region based on renewal cycles and contract renewals and utilize this information in business planning.
- Frequently leverage the Stryker cross-franchise portfolio to add value to offers. Provide consultancy to the team in offer writing. Provide consultancy/mentoring in the region and within the franchise regarding both cross-divisional opportunities and opportunity characteristics. Demonstrate the "Stryker first" approach when dealing with cross-divisional opportunities.
- Provide significant autonomy and lead collaboration with CFT/SME in determining deliveries, facilitating the process. Evaluate completed tasks from a long-term perspective aligned with targeted outcomes. Report observations/problems clearly and take necessary actions.
- Communicate scientific support requests and plans to the marketing department in the region they work in and support this process.
- Provide support to the Logistics team when necessary.
- Relay customer feedback (complaints) to the Quality department, evaluate feedback within their responsibility area, take necessary actions, and report them to the customer and relevant individuals.

What You Need:
- A degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field from a university
- Possession of mandatory personnel documents for Sales Promotion and Clinical Support
- Ideally, 3 years of sales or application experience in the medical device industry
- Basic proficiency in English
- Possession of a Class B driver's license and the ability to actively operate a vehicle
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- No restrictions on domestic travel
