As a Regional Sales Manager (f/m/d) of our Head & Neck (H&N), Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) and Interventional Spine (IVS) sales team in BeNeLux, you are in charge of driving revenue and developing the sales team.

Knowing that relationships are key to success in sales, you will build ongoing partnerships with customers and internal relationships with your sales team as well as internal stakeholders. To exceed territory market share objectives, you will analyse market information and drive the annual marketing plan into clear objectives for your team and thereby drive profitable sales throughout your region.
The Job's Mission:
At Stryker, we are looking for a talented, highly motivated sales leader who will be responsible for driving our H&N, ENT and IVS business in Belgium and the Netherlands.
You will be part of a high caliber, achievement driven sales team, who shares a strong belief in helping our customers to make healthcare better. You will be responsible for the management of your sales area, the leadership of your team as well as sales/turnover and cost - so that optimized customer service and acquisition of new customers is guaranteed. You will report directly to the Senior Business Unit Director Manager, Instruments, Northern Europe.
Your key responsibilities:
The Regional Sales Manager (f/m/d) will be a member of the Instruments Northern Europe Leadership team, and responsible for the revenue targets of the region. The post holder will:
- Manage and own the P&L for their region, including achieving sales revenue, margin, and operating income annual targets.
- Develop and lead the commercial strategy for their region, by incorporating Marketing, Key Accounts, Flex Finance, ProCare, and X-Div. Collaboration into the plan, which ultimately delivers the financial targets.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts each month.
- Contribute to the creation of the execution of the annual marketing plan.
- Proactively lead the team delivering high levels of engagement which translates into financial results.
- Manage key customer relationships (existing and new), aimed at retaining and growing the business and reputation of Stryker in the market.
- Collaborate with the Snr BUDs, BUDs, BUMs and RSMs in other local divisions, representing the Instruments Division in providing innovative customer offerings.
- The role will also work with all the country enabling functions to ensure all internal policies / procedures are adhered to.
- As part of the Northern Europe Instruments Leadership Team, the Regional Sales Manager will contribute to the development of the 5-year strategy. This includes input into marketing strategies, acquisition target identification, organization development and X-Div. Collaboration initiatives.
What are we looking for?

Competencies
- 8+ years overall Commercial experience.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related discipline preferred.
- Solid experience as a sales leader for a medical device business with proven career progression.
- Direct selling experience preferred, ideally in the medical device industry.
- Proven experience in delivering market share growth and financial commitments.
- Experience in contributing and executing on a marketing budget and plan.
- Demonstrated success in building, managing, motivating, and developing strong sales teams with direct and indirect channels. This includes acumen in setting sales coverage and leveraging territory coverage and customer focus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills and strong cross-functional influencing skills & teamwork.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English.
- You hold a valid driver's license.

Additional Information
- Travel activity with your company car in the sales area can be up to 80%, including occasional overnight stays at external locations.
- Depending on the scheduling of your workweek, you will spend the remaining time working from home.
