The Role
If you are passionate about leading transformative projects and thrive in a dynamic environment, we invite you to apply for the role of Regional Manager, Project Management and Implementation Engineering.
As the Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of Project Managers (PMs) and Implementation Engineers (IEs). You'll be responsible for resource management, ensuring projects are appropriately staffed, and collaborating closely with the Sales team to deliver projects on time and within budget. This role requires a dynamic leader who can execute the vision and strategy for the Project Management and Implementation Engineering teams, ultimately contributing to the success of Stryker projects in the APAC region.
What You Will Do
- Directly manage Stryker projects in the region, ensuring successful deployment
- Execute the vision and strategy for the Project Management and Implementation Engineering teams
- Lead and develop a regional team to optimize Stryker solution deployments
- Provide reports, metrics, and insights on team performance
- Establish processes and procedures based on customer feedback
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including third-party vendors and contractors
- Work closely with Sales, Technical Support, and other business leaders to ensure alignment of Professional Services teams
- Collaborate with other Regional Managers to ensure project scopes align with customer expectations
What You Will Bring
- Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in project management, including plan development, status reporting, and successful execution.
- Leadership Excellence: Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and effective management of multiple projects.
- Effective Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, highlighted by impactful presentation delivery.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in computer operations, showcasing expertise in MS Excel/Office, Visio, and Microsoft Project tools.
- Problem-Solving Acumen: Independent problem-solving prowess, emphasizing resource utilization to overcome business challenges.
- Healthcare IT Experience: Experience in application deployment and integration within Healthcare environments, with a preferred background in telephony integration or deployment.
- Technical Hands-On Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in testing, troubleshooting, and validating solutions in a clinical environment.
