What You Will Do:
As a (Regional) Associate Manager, Field Service, you will lead a diverse team of Field Technicians in the Big East Region of the US - New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island, and Vermont to develop their individual talents while achieving high levels of Technical Service performance in the Instrument Business Unit.
- Lead a regional team of Field Service Technicians with a focus on development and professional growth.
- Manage metrics to measure the growth and performance of the internal team and authorized service providers.
- Champion data analysis to drive insights and decision-making within a rapidly growing business
- Constantly analyze, refine, and iterate on internal processes to make them simpler and more efficient.
What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 6+ years of relevant work experience required
- 2+ years of direct people leadership experience or a combination of other roles with direct or indirect leadership and influence is highly desirable.
- Vendor management experience preferred
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceMax or equivalent ERP/CRM/FSM
