What you will do

As a R&D Staff Front-end Innovation Engineer - Electrical, you will be a part of a motivated team who has a passion for everything they do. In this role, you will be responsible for front end research and prototyping of electrical hardware and software systems. You will support projects in algorithm development, hardware development and prototyping for front end research. For this role, you will need to be able to design electrical components, select electrical hardware (i.e sensors, motors …etc) integrate it into a prototyped system and then design and write control software for the integrated systems using Simulink or Labview. Your work environment is like an engineering playground, the field is yours to make your own decisions, drive your destiny and add value while remembering that all of your work helps to drive patient healthcare.

Job Requirements
What you need

• Bachelor's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

• M.S. in Electrical Engineering preferred

• Minor in Computer Science preferred

• 4+ years experience in hardware and software design

• Experience in control systems and prototype development

• Strong technical abilities within Simulink or Labview
