As Brand Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for driving strong support of our offense towards the growth of our Acute Care, Sage & Vocera product portfolio and revenue in Middle East, Turkey and Africa. You will develop strong customer relationships, collaborate closely with in-country Sales and Marketing colleagues as well as with the Sage and Acute Care EMEA Brand Managers.

Essential duties & responsibilities:
- Responsibility for a multi country (Middle East, Turkey and Africa) and multi product (Acute Care, Sage and Vocera)
- Develops, drives and has ownership in local tactics, actions and campaigns to drive business results
- Performs sales and marketing analysis, has a lead function at trade shows, literature development, online educational platform tools, online courses, presentations or publicity
- Gathers internal and external market insights, learning trends etc. for continuous improvement and to share with stakeholders
- May develop and execute education plans, providing sales trainings developing roadmaps and driving new product launches
- Develops sales tools, customer engagement programs, events and drives marketing campaign execution
- With support from Manager, allocates and manages the budget in alignment with strategic priorties
- May provide sales support in the field
Qualifications & experience:
- 4+ years of work experience required
- 2+ years medical device or marketing/sales experience preferred
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's degree required
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
- Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
- Driving licence and readiness to travel
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
