The Job's Mission:
As Product Manager for our Medical division, you will play a key role in driving our Acute Care & Sage product portfolio in Benelux and Nordics (Northern Europe).
In this position, you will be a partner for the regional sales teams and be involved in the creation and execution of key initiatives in the annual marketing plan, towards near-term revenue targets and future growth. You will also interact with the European and other in-country Marketing teams to identify new marketing opportunities to drive our growth for Medical.

Your key responsibilities:
- In your new role, you will start with a familiarization phase with product trainings to learn about the product portfolio.
- You will understand the market dynamics, key competitors and their relative strengths/weaknesses.
- With the product knowledge you'll build up, you'll be able to explain different product features to different customers as appropriate to their needs.
- You will participate in the development and execution of the Annual Marketing Plan, product launch plans, etc.
- You will drive local tactics, actions and campaigns towards business results - in alignment with the Annual Marketing Plan and with internal stakeholders.
- You will create marketing strategies to understand, develop, and enhance the relationship between the customer and the product or portfolio.
- You will work closely with sales training/sales enablement to develop and execute education plans, sales trainings and to drive new product launches at local level.
- You will be the Subject Matter Expert for product-related questions coming from the regional sales teams.
- You will develop sales tools, customer engagement programs, events and communication plans for the product or portfolio.
- You will support the sales team with relative documents and branding for tender submission.
- You will perform sales and marketing analysis, assess trends in customer engagement and support in incorporating trends into strategic planning.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Medical Technology or in any other relevant field.
- 4+ years of work experience is required.
- 2+ years of Product Management, Marketing or Sales experience is required. Experience within the MedTech/BioTech or Pharma industries would be an advantage.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Fluency in spoken and written English is required. Fluency in any of the local languages is an advantage.
- As this position involves customer interactions and sales support in the field, you have flexibility to travel (travel percentage of 30%).
