What you will do:
- Responsible for day-to-day management of the Pricing email inbox.
- Maintain pricing and discount commitments in ERP System to ensure complete and accurate information.
- Analyze contract award against final proposal pricing and seek appropriate approvals if necessary.
- Maintain accurate database of Provincial, Health Authority, and Buying Group customer master data structures and mapping.
- Investigate and complete daily pricing discrepancies as a liaison and subject matter expert between Pricing, Customer Service, and Sales.
- Support internal teams with ad-hoc requests (Sales Reports, Pricing)
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve customer experience.
- Monitor contract or pricing agreement expiry and proactively consult with Contracts, and sales leadership regarding extensions.
- Ensure SOX compliance procedures are followed for all pricing aspects.
- Maintain a good understanding of procurement at the hospital, regional, provincial, and national buying group levels to ensure alignment with customer and government-imposed terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with ProCare team to manage discount modifiers based on service contracts.
What you need:
- Oracle or similar ERP experience an asset.
- Excel experience required (V lookups, pivot tables, etc).
- Healthcare sectors experience an asset.
- University degree preferred, preference in Business/Finance OR 3-5 Years of relevant work experience.
- Bilingual (French and English) Preferred
