The Role

As a logistics specialist, you'll be responsible for managing all processes relating to Stryker's inbound and outbound logistics, playing a key role in delivering our crucial products to hospitals. You will be a primary contact point for our customer, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.

What you'll do

  • Oversee financial governance, including reporting, logistics spend tracking and invoice approvals.
  • Work with third party logistics carriers to ensure excellent operational service delivery to Stryker's customers.
  • Investigate operational errors and anomalies and report on overall effectiveness.
  • Champion quality in our logistics team and action CAPA's and NC's.
  • Own logistics systems by maintaining reporting and data recording.

What you'll need

  • Ability to partner with and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Intermediate standard computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access Database, PowerPoint and PowerBI.
  • Outstanding organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Initiative to work independently and maintain program responsibilities.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills with negotiation capability.
  • Minimum of 2 years operations, global trade or logistics experience.
  • An understanding of Import and Export Operations.
  • Track record of resolving issues with external third parties directly.
