As the IT Solution Architect, you will be responsible for developing architectural designs for integrated systems within and across Commercial Platforms. In this role you will partner with Business Analysts and Technical Analysts to understand the overall business need, define overarching requirements, and create high-level architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems/platforms and develop an architectural design and model that will support Stryker's business needs.

What You Will Do:
- Lead solution development and implementation for new systems and enhancements and participate in defining technical standards for the specialty area.
- Follow Stryker's Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) framework and processes.
- Be responsible for all architectural design aspects within the Salesforce.com platform area maintaining knowledge of new technologies within the Sales, Service, and Marketing spaces.
- Review and give architecture, performance, and code quality standards compliance for configuration and APEX coding on the Salesforce.com platform.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to other Solution Leads and Solution Analysts within the team or same project/program, while identifying opportunities to improve the systems process flow, performance, and technical efficiencies.
- Support the business and recommend/provide holistic solutions that integrate the existing technical standards with the business needs and processes.
- Formulate design and deployment strategies to ensure reliability and scalability for Stryker systems, including writing specifications, developing architectural concepts like ERD and Data Flow diagrams.
- Assess technological risks that could jeopardize the growth and/or operations of the organization.
What You Need:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience is required.
- Experience with process mapping, documenting complex processes, and presenting them in a clear and understandable format is required.
- 5 years of experience in leading resources for projects preferred.
- Deep understanding and knowledge of the SFDC architecture and major modules (configuration, processes, integration including add-on products) preferred.
- Understanding and knowledge of Oracle CPQ architecture and the modules like configurators, commerce, and integrations between CPQ and SFDC required.
- Knowledge of and ability to drive IT methodologies such as ITIL, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile Development is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of medical devices and/or pharmaceutical industry and basic knowledge of adjacent areas in terms of processes, organization, products, and IT requirements preferred.
$109,500.00 - $232,900.00 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
