As the IT Sr. Technical Service Delivery Lead, you responsible for supporting service delivery within the Digital Marketing team. You will utilize your technical knowledge needed to deliver system enhancements, vendor management and technical requirements for our businesses. You will be a subject matter expert and understand the overall design and architecture of a platform and help support the end-to-end technical solution. You will monitor vendor performance against agreed expectations (contractual or otherwise) including regular vendor meetings to review expectations and performance.

What You Will Do:
- Perform activities by following Stryker's Software Service Delivery framework and processes.
- Manage daily support and maintenance of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Marketo, Adobe Analytics, Workfront, and Digital Marketing Platform, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements.
- Offer best practices advice and recommendations to Managed services team around overall systems architecture and Digital Marketing Platform strategy.
- Manage the relationship between SaaS, System Integrators, Business, and various other stakeholders.
- Monitor performance and take corrective action where necessary.
- Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of operation processes and procedures to enhance quality, efficiency.
- Continuously improve the customer experience by maturing operations through automation, self-service, and shift-left approaches.
- Track licensing, users, and usage levels to ensure continuous compliance with contractual agreements and efficient use of the service according to funded usage levels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues or find simple, creative workarounds.
- Review system requirements, functional specifications, and developed code for enhancements and break-fixes across all supported platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve the systems process flow, performance, and technical efficiencies, including automation, shift-left opportunities, process improvements, and other cost saving opportunities.
- Prioritize multiple initiatives across multiple applications and technical stacks on a consistent basis to support changing priorities.
What You Need:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited university required; Bachelor's degree in the areas of Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in the field or in a related area required.
- 3+ years of experience with one or more of the following: Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Marketo, Workfront required.
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing and Collaboration including Customer and Partner portal (community) development experience is preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe ColdFusion, .NET, or PHP is preferred.
- ITIL Foundations v4 certification preferred.
- Knowledge of and ability to drive IS methodologies such as ITIL, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile Development is preferred.
