Job Title: Lead Enterprise System Engineer - Personalized Solutions

Job Description:

Stryker, one of the world's leading MedTech companies, is seeking a passionate and driven Lead Enterprise System Engineer to spearhead the setup of the Personalized Solutions Business Unit. This ground-breaking unit focuses on manufacturing custom or patient-matched medical devices using cutting-edge additive manufacturing technology. As the Lead Enterprise System Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing enterprise-level systems to support the operations of the rapidly growing Personalized Solutions (PS) business.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of robust and scalable enterprise systems for the Personalized Solutions Business Unit, enabling the delivery of high-quality, patient-centric medical devices.
  • Collaborate closely with the digital solutions team and corporate IT team to seamlessly integrate various systems, including Manufacturing ERP, MES, Labelling, DNC, Additive Software, Commercial ERP, Case Management, and associated middleware, fostering efficiency and innovation.
  • Architect a state-of-the-art system infrastructure tailored specifically for personalized medical device manufacturing, leveraging the latest technologies and industry best practices to drive operational excellence.


  • Customize and optimize enterprise systems to meet the unique requirements of the PS business unit, ensuring streamlined workflows, enhanced productivity, and seamless collaboration across teams.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing and troubleshooting to ensure the functionality and seamless integration of the systems, maintaining the highest standards of quality and patient safety.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage project funding and budget, while actively exploring and implementing innovative solutions to support the exponential growth of the PS business unit.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience working in a highly regulated environment, preferably within the MedTech industry, with a demonstrated commitment to quality and patient safety.
  • Strong technical background in system engineering, with expertise in enterprise-level system design, configuration, and implementation, utilizing emerging technologies and industry standards.
  • Proven ability to architect complex and scalable enterprise system infrastructures, adapting to the evolving needs of a growing business.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate system integration challenges, ensuring uninterrupted operations and optimized performance.


  • Strong communication and leadership skills to inspire and collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with additive manufacturing technologies and software platforms is a plus, with a keen understanding of their transformative potential and ability to revolutionize patient care.
