As the Brand Marketing Lead, you will play a key role in the European marketing and commercialization initiatives for Stryker's Cranial Restoration product portfolio. You will obtain product expertise, collaborate with global and local marketing counterparts to support the European strategy.

Essential duties & responsibilities :

  • Provides support to Brand/Education/Marketing managers in the development and sales support of one or more marketing segments.
  • In alignment with global strategy, helps set annual and long-range brand/indications strategy to achieve required growth, profit and market share targets
  • Creates/distributes scalable assets, tools, marketing campaigns ("menu") and best practices which can be localized for maximum impact
  • Identifies education, brand experience and customer engagement opportunities for both internal and external audiences to increase brand perception and value in collaboration with Education Manager.
  • Performs sales and marketing analysis, has a lead function at trade shows, customer events, literature development, online educational platform tools, online courses, presentations or publicity.
  • Gathers internal and external market insights, learning trends etc for continuous improvement and to share with stakeholders
  • Assists in developing and executing education plans, providing sales trainings developing roadmaps and driving new product launches
  • Develops sales tools, customer engagement programs, events and drives marketing campaign execution (central role)
  • With support from Manager, allocates and manages the budget in alignment with strategic priorties.
  • May provide direct sales support in the field

Education & special trainings :

  • Bachelor's degree required

Qualifications & experience :

  • 4+ years of work experience required
  • 2+ years medical device or marketing experience preferred
  • Experience in organizing events is a plus
  • Experience within the medical device industry is an advantage.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is required. Proficiency in another European language
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
  • Must be able to understand and work within a matrix organization

Physical & mental requirements :

  • Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
  • Coordination of eye, hand and foot movement with an ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands to include visual and auditory discrimination / memory, reading ability and memory retention ability.
  • Exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise
  • Must be able to manage time, projects, stress and conflict
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication
  • Must be able to bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision
  • Must have the ability to prioritize work and keep detailed and confidential records
  • Must be able to communicate / present to large groups of people
  • Must possess unwavering ethics & integrity in a competitive and demanding work environment
