What You Will Do:
The Associate Manager will serve as the subject matter expert for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), our Stryker.com platform, leading a design team while overseeing enterprise system training, process management, and governance. Additionally, this role requires a strong understanding of web content best practices, including SEO, user experience, accessibility, and compliance within industry standards, with an understanding of regional compliance requirements.
You will:
- Lead and mentor a team of remote designers, providing shared service support for corporate functions and our global business.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for AEM, responsible for content creation, project management, and publication. Stay up to date with AEM best practices and developments.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of current regional compliance prerequisites and specific country demands.
- Establish and manage AEM processes and governance.
- Create and consistently update training materials, ensuring they remain relevant and up to date with the latest developments.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions to educate and empower AEM users
- Proactively communicate with the business, providing insights, system updates, and strategic recommendations to enhance AEM usage and user experience.
- Produce, enhance, and manage digital content with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Develop AEM components, templates, and workflows to meet project requirements and optimize website performance.
- Serve as the AEM expert, ensuring the platform's smooth operation, troubleshooting issues, and training all AEM stakeholders.
- Support businesses by managing the AEM translation process for their digital content, ensuring accuracy and consistency across multiple languages.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve the visibility and ranking of web content in search engines.
- Ensure that digital content is user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and compliant with web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) to ensure a positive user experience for all visitors.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, agencies, communications, IT, privacy and regulatory, and marketing professionals, to deliver cohesive and compliant digital experiences.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 6+ years of professional experience is required.
- 5+ years of Adobe Experience Manager -AEM experience preferred.
- 2+ years of People leadership experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG), SEO best practices, and performance optimization preferred.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end development principles.
$87,700 - $192,000 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
