Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Detailed Description)

  • Support Sr OD Manager to drive an engaged organizational culture, design and execute initiatives and programs to create a Great Place to Work in China
  • Develop and execute key development programs including HiPo programs, sales enablement programs and other focused initiatives aligned to the China OD strategy
  • Provide tools, feedback and resources in order to align Learning & Development solutions to business needs
  • Partner with internal & external providers to deliver commercial capability development program as needed, support and facilitates activities of commercial capability enhancement, design and execute the development plan to achieve business results
  • Analyze and identify potential opportunities based on data, make recommendations or changes as needed to improve commercial capabilities
  • Manage continuous optimization of sales processes to improve sales force effectiveness,
  • Design and implement systematic sales force curriculum, provide assessment tool accordingly
  • Be responsible for culture activities.
  • Other ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree and above
  • Effective with managing multiple large initiatives and balancing the priorities
  • Ability to analyze business challenges an provide insight based on data
  • Ability to design, implement and execute plans, programs and initiatives across complex organizations and multi-site geographies
  • Fluent Chinese and English, excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skill, good planner, presenter, team player and organizor

Physical & Mental Requirements:

  • Be able to work independently and under pressure
