What you will do

The role will be responsible for identifying and understanding business needs and provide the organization with high-quality data analysis and translating them into practical procedures. You will be developing KPI's for long term success and is expected to communicate and present complex analytics to stakeholders and management as well as developing and maintaining automated reporting solutions.

You will hold a key position in supporting and advocating in ensuring a data-informed Best-in-Class organization is created and maintained through identifying, analyzing, and assisting in the implementation of solutions to further develop, maintain and improve customer satisfaction, reduce cost, optimize inventory and ensuring Warehouse processes is scalable and can adapt to volume growth.

What you need

  • +2 years of work experience related to data analytics activities.
  • Fluent spoken and written English. Any other language is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of business intelligence and analytics platforms (e.g. Power BI, etc).
  • Working knowledge of databases and data warehouses. (e.g MySQL, MS SQL server)
  • Comfort and willingness in utilizing other technology platforms (SAP, Azure, etc)
  • Experience creating process flow diagrams and technical specifications for data projects.
  • A passion for data and capability in manipulating, aggregating, visualizing large data sets to derive intelligent insights.
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams, multi-task and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Collaborative and can bring people together through data.
