About this role
We are looking for an Analyst - Data Quality to help drive the optimal utilization of data as a strategic asset. This pivotal role entails analyzing data quality, identifying root causes of issues, and crafting innovative solutions. You'll ensure ongoing data quality reporting, collaborate with data owners for swift issue resolution, and establish and enforce data standards and policies. Your expertise will provide invaluable support to projects and change initiatives, contributing to Stryker's Data and Analytics strategy.

What You Will Do
- Proficient in observing, managing, and rectifying master data inconsistencies within two JDE instances across three regions.
- Utilize data expertise to develop and execute monitoring reports, ensuring masters' integrity and fulfilling specific business needs beyond standard reporting capabilities.
- Demonstrate advanced understanding of information flow and its correlation with divisional software applications.
- Capable of addressing complex data structure and governance inquiries while prioritizing positive stakeholder experiences.
- Analyze, investigate, and independently resolve broad-scoped data matching issues using sound judgment.
- Establish strong working relationships with internal and external customers and colleagues to gather necessary data for assigned tasks.
- Exhibit competence in system navigation and processes to research and resolve processing issues, contributing to the testing of new processes.
- Collaborate effectively with local and global divisional functional teams, acting as a subject matter expert and interdivisional resource to ensure project success and meet short and long-term goals.
- Provide support for stakeholder Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and deliver Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), maintaining up-to-date and reflective dashboards of completed work.
What You Will Need
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and experience in navigating complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated excellence in time management, coupled with the capacity to make independent judgments.
- Proficiency in business process improvement and implementing systematic enhancements using LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills, providing innovative solutions to complex challenges with no clear-cut answers.
- Meticulous attention to detail and adeptness in conveying intricate issues in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficient record-keeping skills, ensuring accuracy and precision.
- Preferred tertiary qualifications in statistics, mathematics, computer science, information management, or related fields.
- Proficiency in programming languages, including Structured Query Language (SQL) and JavaScript (desirable)
