PERISHABLE MANAGER

Perishable Manager position is to have one person focus attention and be accountable for the daily operations of the Deli, Produce, Florist, Meat, Seafood, and Bake Shop Departments.

ROLE OF THE PERISHABLE MANAGER:

The Perishable Manager will be held accountable for managing daily activities in the above mentioned departments which will include:

Primary responsibilities
• Manage the daily operations of the Meat, Seafood, Deli, Florist, Produce, and Bake Shop Departments.
• Create a culture of best in class customer service
• Manage Perishable Departments regarding general operations, sales, and profitability
• Manage daily activities including sanitation and safety. Merchandising department presentation, payroll and productivity and administration

Education and Experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 - 5 year's supermarket retail experience
