Responsibilities

The Marketing department at State Farm has an opening for a Marketing Analyst within the Agent Marketing division.

The opening aligns to our digital, social, direct and partnerships functions that focus on improving agent marketing opportunities and capabilities. The team strives to elevate agents' marketing presence through the execution of tailored strategies and continuous innovation. The position will work with a cross-functional team to deliver against performance expectations, maintain compliance and keep the agent and customer at the center of focus.

Marketing Analysts:
  • Manages multiple or complex projects while effectively utilizing project management tools and processes.
  • Ability to present and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Provide excellent service and ensure strong relationships.
  • Proactively identifies problems/opportunities and determines solutions.
  • May assume a lead role on assigned projects, interdepartmental project groups and committees.
  • Must have the ability to work in a cross functional manner and interact effectively across a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

Role Specific:
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a compliance, marketing, or business capacity.
  • Minimum of five years of professional-level marketing or compliance experience.
  • In depth functional knowledge of digital and direct marketing capabilities.
  • Research and develop agent marketing guidelines and best practices based on opportunities, trends, tool/platform capabilities, and compliance.
  • Socialize and improve understanding of marketing guidelines and best practices with multiple agent-facing business areas.
  • Serve as the liaison between subject matter experts, vendors, agents, field support and legal teams.
  • Serve as internal point of contact for marketing compliance questions, requests, and concerns.
  • Facilitate discussions between business areas to address feedback and develop alternative solutions that meet business objectives in a risk-tolerant manner.
