About the role
We are looking for a business leader to grow our offering in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty area. We have strong teams in Tauranga and Hamilton and a solid backlog of work, but we know we can do more. We need a driven individual who is able to engage with our client base, position or brand and grow our market share.
Key aspects of the role include:
• Deliver technical leadership for roading and transport projects.
• Work closely with our key partners across the Waikato/BOP Region.
• Build strong and enduring relationships with existing and new clients to strengthen Stantec's presence in the local market.
• Grow the transportation business (both public and private sector) across the Waikato/BOP region.
• Coach and develop technical staff to reach their full potential.
• Identify opportunities and develop business in line with Stantec's transportation strategies.
