Your Duties: This position is for full-time employment in Richmond, VA.

  • Preparation and data entry for offer packages, acceptance packages, and refusal packages
  • Preparation of proper reporting documents
  • Search on-line records
  • Tracking and data entry
  • Other duties as assigned


Your Capabilities and Credentials:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Prior work experience in customer relations
  • Basic understanding and ability to read and interpret maps/construction/right of way plans
  • Right of Way experience (preferred)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Office Suite
  • Experience with research and customer interaction
  • Ability to pass a Virginia DOT (VDOT) background screening
