Your Duties: We have an immediate opportunity for an Environmental Site Assessor to join our dynamic Environmental Services team in our Ottawa, ON office. Our team members work on a variety of projects, including environmental monitoring, in-situ/ex-situ remedial design and implementation, and Phase I, II, and III environmental site assessments. We are seeking exceptionally talented and enthusiastic individuals with a keen interest in the environmental sciences to join our team and advance their career.
Your Capabilities and Credentials: As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of responsibilities including execution of field programs with site visits, test pitting, borehole drilling, monitoring well installation, soil vapor surveys, soil and groundwater remediation monitoring, risk assessment, information management, surveying and reporting.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Diploma in a two or three-year Environmental Technology program or an applicable Post-Graduate Diploma program; Bachelor Degree in related Science or Engineering Field;
- 5 years' experience required;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Strong critical thinking skills;
- Valid Security Clearance required;
- Valid driver's license and your own vehicle are required.
