Commissioning & Startup- Operations & Maintenance Lead

MWH Constructors is a global leader in heavy civil construction of water and wastewater facilities. We are currently seeking a Commissioning & Startup - Operations & Maintenance Lead located at our Hillsboro, Oregon location.

MWH Constructors are looking to strengthen their Commissioning Team with the addition of a Commissioning & Startup- Operations & Maintenance Specialist. This position will assist in the commissioning and startup of an industrial wastewater treatment plant and future municipal projects. This position will be site based, however future projects may require relocation or significant travel. The ability to travel, including internationally, is required. As part of the Commissioning and Startup team you will be providing commissioning services to allow the company to minimize risks and maximize profits on turnkey and engineering services contracts.
•Manage asset data collection and development of preventive maintenance program for new wastewater facility
•Manage and develop job plans for preventive maintenance program per client specifications and manufacturer's recommendations.
•Develop Maximo data loading spreadsheets in conjunction with client Maximo team. Verify data loading spreadsheets for consistency and standardization.
•Manage development of operation and maintenance manuals (O&M) for new wastewater facility. Review and ensure all O&M are complete prior to training. Develop comprehensive facility O&M manual index and filling system to enable rapid retrieval of information.
•Facilitate job safety and hazard analyses for project sites and develop standard operating procedures with client
•Manage and facilitate training for operations staff, coordinate between client, operations, subcontractors and vendors for training. Develop comprehensive class training schedule. Schedule training with client staff.
•Assist with facility operations during functional and performance testing
•Adapt to changing technologies and learn functionality of new equipment and systems.
•Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
•Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
