Clerical Support Specialist

MWH is seeking an experienced Clerical Support Specialist to support general our Accounts Payable requirements for our industrial and vertical construction project work in North America. This position is located in Broomfield, Co.

MWH Constructors is growing its business in the industrial and vertical construction sectors in North America. Its strategy for this growth will see an increase in resources and capabilities across the US.

• Approx.3-4 days per week of admin support for the following duties :
o Matching approx. 250 payments with invoices. This is a manual exercise, if invoices are missing from files then training will be provided to look up in E1 who has posted the invoice and request a copy invoice from the appropriate Finance member
o Approx. 200 of the payments are checks which need to be mailed, so checks need to be folded with remittance advices, placed in envelopes and mailed. A few each week have special instructions e.g. to be sent via Fed Ex. Checks over $25K are passed to the Assistant Controller's for approval before they can be mailed
o After the checks have been mailed copy of the remittance advises with invoices attached are manually filed in a mail room
• Support other miscellaneous document management, filing, setting up binders, etc.
• Process credit applications


High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office, primarily Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Must be able to provide professional references.
• Must be willing and able to participate in a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
