Senior Software Engineer- Infrastructure UI
Partner with infrastructure and product teams to develop rich, intuitive interfaces and services that improve our ability to efficiently deliver production software at Squarespace
Identify issues and improve developer experience in existing interfaces and systems
Practice disciplined software engineering through pragmatic code, code reviews, and automated testing
Raise the bar for your team and other engineers across the organization by mentoring junior team members and advocating for best practices
Strong object-oriented programming experience in Java (or any other OO language)
Expertise in at least one modern dynamic server-side programming language such as Python, NodeJS or Ruby
Strong experience building and managing reliable, usable, and performant web applications
Experience using different types of datastores such as Postgres, Mongo, Redis, and Elasticsearch
