The Recruiting team is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to partner with Recruiters and the People team to create efficient processes to help guide the growth of the business. You will be an intricate player in ensuring excellent candidate care throughout the interview process.
You will report directly to the Sr Manager, Recruiting Operations and will be based in our NYC headquarters.

- Coordinate a high volume of phone and video interviews for a diverse set of candidates
- Champion data integrity through our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
- Build relationships with teams across the company
- Provide a positive and unique candidate experience from the first interview schedule to offer
- Seek improvement of interview processes and onboarding
- Brainstorm new creative ways of attracting and engaging diverse talent
- Support the recruiting team with other tasks such as: writing job descriptions, audit and compliance, and application review
