Channel Partner Manager: Advertising

What Are Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing all of Sprinklr’s partnerships with advertising channels (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snap, TikTok, Pinterest, and more) serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Manage social channel Alpha and Beta opportunities from initial conception and scoping to general availability status.  
  • Gather and share metrics/insight per advertising channel to reveal patterns and trends
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (product, sales, success and marketing teams) to increase value realization of advertising channel functionality via the Sprinklr platform.
  • Advise internal Sprinklr product teams on strategic bets and allocation of development focus and marketing resources based on alignment of partner roadmaps and industry trends. 
  • Provide industry insight to channel partners, based on knowledge of customer use cases to influence channel roadmaps and market strategy
  • Collaborate on joint innovation opportunities with social channels to further differentiate Sprinklr video and messaging channels value proposition in the market.
  • Track social channel API additions and deprecation requirements process and handoff to appropriate Product counterparts.
  • Participate in internal education efforts to ensure all field teams are aware of the key differentiators and capabilities of channel partners
Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified
  • 3+ years Social Channel partnership experience OR experience working on Advertising at a Social Channel
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously; knowledge of high-level digital trends (i. e. social, mobile, video)
  • Knowledge of social channel partnership programs
  • Innovative thinker, who can expand upon previous experience working with Product and Channel teams
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Solution oriented approach to complex challenges
  • Willingness to get hands-on product experience
  • Excited about shaping an evolving team and welcoming the challenges associated with it.
  • Self-starter mentality and ability to navigate ambiguity with little guidance.
  • NYC / SF up to 25% travel as needed (when possible with pandemic changes)

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Sprinklr platform
  • Preferred 2+ years SAAS experience
  • Understanding of APIs
  • Understanding of social trends, best practices and challenges
  • Experience working with Social Channel Partners
  • Basic understanding of AHA, JIRA or other project management software
